  1. Love the mood of those shots! the first one especially..

    Clearly without those beautiful HDRs it’s way harder to get these results out!
    Curious, were backplates used or is the sky that we see straight from HDRs?

  2. Beautiful renders!

    I have a few of your HDRI’s and they are great to use but I do come up across a problem when i don’t make the dome light visible. In order to see the building/subject after adjusting the v-ray physical camera I get a bleached out environment.

    I know I can turn it to invisible and add an extra dome light and make it visible but not affect the diffuse so it controls the intensity which works great but I think im correct in saying you don’t do that? I guess I just wondered what settings you adjust to create the balance using one dome light as I cant seem to get one without the background become washed out?

    Great blog by the way!

  3. Oooppsss!… that was meant to say

    “a problem when I don’t leave the dome light invisible”

  4. Great share for the eyes thanks Peter ! Just stunning renders and images…very well done Jacinto !

  5. @Glimps
    Every sky is rendered straight from HDR except the first one with Sky 1313. That one we used the backplate.
    @Peter
    Many thanks for showing our images in your blog. It´s a great honor!

    Best wishes,
    Jacinto

  6. very nice work, some of the hdris don’t give me as much power but some are really powerful from peter, good job, i wonder how you seem to recognise your hdris whenever they are used :)

  7. Your work is extraordinary, I adore.
    It is a reference for me.
    Thank you.
